Some days I feel like I woke up on another planet.

I've heard the term Ready, Fire, Aim for a few years now. It's amazing to me how some useful things get perverted. Yes, it's important to avoid analysis paralysis and to do things instead of being frozen in fear, but being rash seems to be the new norm.

I don't quite understand this, so, when I came across the article Ready, Fire, Aim! on the International Leadership Associates website, I smiled. I thought to myself, "Somebody who actually makes a living giving advice agrees, Ready, Fire, Aim! should be used sparingly."

The ILA seems to have a lot of good advice, honestly, I never head of them before, but I like their blog: ILA Articles.
